我想问问我能不能打中锋！
12岁半就有184的身高很不错，但是体重只有77KG还是稍微偏瘦了一点点。打C（中锋）还可以，毕竟你才12岁半，以后成长的空间还很大。中锋也分好几种，有技术型的，也有象霍华德那种野兽型的，奥胖那种超级强壮型的，灵活型的……
这些要根据你个人现在的技术特点来看，但这些也不是一成不变的，随着自己的成长，你的球风也会随着改变，只要找到适合自己的就行。
一般来说，中锋的普遍要求就是身高和身体对抗。身高就不用多说了，身体对抗在内线很重要，中锋要能扛，能卡，另外意识也很重要。
对于技术型的来说，投篮手感很重要，还要练好篮下小勾手，虚晃，等。身体特强的就要练好战术意识，控制好篮板球，注意脚步移动。脚步移动很重要，在内线有限的空间利用自己的身体优势和脚步甩开对手，或者直接强打。背身单打也是一项很重要的技术，要多练习。

你爱好篮球吗?如果爱好,并且热爱篮球,就你这个身高在中学生中占优势,不论是中锋、后卫、前锋都适合。我建议你这个身高打前锋，力争扣篮。相信我这个“体育教练”。

很不错的身体条件啊....
现在两个首要任务（这两点是为了C准备的，你要其他的话+我Q）
1.练弹跳.184至少要抓筐.
2.把你77KG的肉尽量都变成肌肉.
基本上做到这些初中校队会要你
至于技术方面进了校队学校会系统的训练的.
如果要学进攻手段（基本的就不说了）
先学会用体重压着别人转身上篮.
手感要练的柔和.184的身高在初中联赛一般点的对手基本没人拦的住这招，别人根本跳不起来.
然后要把卡位练好，不要冲抢，要陷入犯规陷阱的，单手抓板也要学会，要不你碰到跳的高的C就没辙的.
(脚步以及高级的进攻技巧别急着练，现在是练好基础的时候。184.77这个身体在初中联赛中是很有优势的，绝对够打，我有经验。先把这些做好，到时候要转型可以Q上问我）
练身体素质的时候要适可而止，毕竟你才12岁

一般以你这年龄来说，比较高了，投篮准度是非常...重要........的，
差的时候你也太差了，加上你不会背打，这是中锋的基本啊，建议多看看姚明的比赛学学，空中停留时间短打中锋不是什么问题啦。
在中学里是会有较多的比赛，中投准的话那可是很吊啊，得分容易不说，还会比较出风头哦。
如果你的对抗性强的话，加上中投准，再加强背打，那你不的打中锋都不行了。
如对抗性强不行，背打也不好，那你就去强化投蓝准度，去打前锋，
学学诺维斯基吧，或看看易建联。
至于练习，多练习来回速跑，多去跳绳和举哑铃。
想要有更大的肺活量和增强体力的多去游泳拉，

首先你要了解中锋的职责 他在禁区内活动，篮板球是绝对不可或缺的。再来，禁区又是各队的兵家必争之地，当然不能让对手轻易攻到这里面来，所以阻攻、盖火锅的能力也少不得。而在进攻时，中锋经常有机会站在靠近罚球线的禁区内（此乃整个进攻场的中心位置）接球，此时他也应具备不错的导球能力，将球往较适当的角落送出。以上三项，是中锋应具备的基础技能。而在球队中，中锋也经常身负得分之责，他是主要的内线得分者，他出手的位置又往往较接近篮框，所以命中率又应该高些，大致来说，五成二可以作为一个标准。对中锋命中率的要求，是仅次于大前锋的。

其实小时候多练练前锋和后卫对于成长比较有利
毕竟这两个位置对技术要求的较高
至于中锋，随着你年龄和身高体重的增加再去练也不迟，有良好的锋卫技术再去练中锋会很轻松。
其实中国现在最缺的就是后卫，你应去测测骨龄，预测一下身高。低于210就练前锋或后卫吧。当个麦蒂似的角色也很好呀~~~~

小前锋（Small Forward）是球队中最重要的得分者，同时也要有不错的防守能力。一名合格的小前锋不但要有足够的身高在篮下得分，也要有出色的速度凭借快攻和突破得分。
对小前锋最根本的要求就是得分，小前锋乃是对命中率要求最低的一个位置，一般而言只要四成五就算得上合格，而四成以上都可以接受。当然这有一个前提，就是他要能得分。如果一个小前锋每场球得个七、八分，命中率还只有四成的话，那还不如叫他去坐板凳算了。话说回来，为什么小前锋的命中率可以比较低呢？因为他是队上主要得分者，他经常要积极找机会投篮，要在某些时刻稳定军心，甚或以较困难的方式单打对手来提升士气，乃至于给对手下马威，给予敌方迎头痛击等。因此小前锋会有较多的机会出手，而且可能是不太好的机会，所以我们可以容许他的命中率稍低，只要他能得分的话。

就12岁的篮球选手来说，184算很高的了，体重适中，不过估计肌肉不多~建议你多练力量，等你身上都是肌肉，体重在80KG左右的时候就很标准了。
就现在这个发展状况来看，中锋肯定是能打的！！！如果你想进校队，推荐你多练习弹跳和篮下进攻，篮下进攻讲究身体的对抗以及中锋的步伐，身体需要你不断的锻炼，打球的时候经常跟别人对抗一下，最好和成年人打球，进步会很快！！中锋的步伐需要找教练或者身边的高手具体学习。
